Weeks 1–2: Property Evaluation and Planning
We review your lot — zoning, setbacks, utility access, site conditions. We confirm eligibility, recommend a model and foundation type, and provide a detailed project quote. Most clients decide within a week of receiving their quote.
Financing Options
At Kasita Crafters, we offer financing options to make your project more affordable. Rather than paying the full cost upfront, qualified buyers may be able to finance with manageable monthly payments. Whether you’re adding a rental unit, guest house, home office, or space for family, financing can help you get started sooner.
Weeks 5–7: Factory Production
Your unit enters our production queue. Standard models are built in 60–70 production days. Interior finishing, quality inspection, and review happen before the unit leaves our facility. Confirm your spec choices early — late changes push the production start.
Delivery & Move-In
Delivery day is a one-day operation depending on the model. Once your Kasita is placed and connected, you’re ready to move in, rent it out, or put it to work — whichever goal brought you here.
